Overseas school scholarship program.

For $25.00 a month, you will partner in helping provide scholarship funding for school partnership programs.  Scholarships with help the most needy of  students with uniform costs, backpacks, school supplies, and shoes easing the financial burden on families struggling to meet daily living needs, along with tuition and other educational expenses.  Any residual scholarship funds will go towards providing a snack/meal.

From time to time various needs are seen that need addressing. Families going through especially difficult times. Medical needs. Homes destroyed by fire. Loss of employment. Children with school supply needs.  Seniors needing home repairs. Families needing a few groceries to get them by until the next payday. 

These funds help with the noted areas and other needs. It is amazing how far a little goes towards helping someone.

Thought of being a volunteer?

We require all volunteer applicants to be current with immunizations recommended by the CDC, submit to a background check, provide references.

When traveling abroad you will be responsible for purchase of travel insurance, passport, and all travel/housing/food expense.  
Each volunteer applicant is responsible for their own expenses. Health care coverage must be active and is recommended in the event of an emergency.

​Missions Beyond the Beyond desires to first be involved in community at HOME. We must not overlook those in front of us with needs because we are focused on community in FOREIGN places.  Missions Beyond's focus hasn't just been on meeting needs of those in other countries, we begin here at home first, where we live. We have always encouraged local outreach before broadening our reach. Help is needed here in our own Stateside communities. There are unseen poor and overlooked people living where we live.

Missions Beyond the Beyond Board of Directors feel that hand outs fertilize dependency. We desire to offer a HAND UP, where we stand alongside another in a partnership helping with movement towards continued sustainability. Building solid relationships allows connection without always needing to be present.  Sometimes Missions Beyond will stay focused on a project longer than another project, because establishing something new is a process, a journey. We work to build relationships that will broaden efforts through on the ground partners providing input, oversight, and insight on culture and how to improvement endeavors within the areas of outreach.
